Oracle Charter School a Landmark of Learning

Oracle Charter School opened its doors in 2005 with the vision of creating a small, caring, college prep high school in downtown Buffalo, NY, as an alternative to the large public high schools.  Oracle’s charter was renewed in 2012 with praise from the SUNY Charter School Institute on its history of success.

Oracle provides a strong college preparatory education within a nurturing and supportive environment, using technology and art throughout the curriculum to increase curriculum accessibility and interest to the students.

In 2013-2014 Oracle is  serving approximately 350 students in grades 9-12, with a graduating class of approximately 50 seniors. We look forward to continued growth and success in the future.

Oracle is located on Delaware Avenue in a mansion built for the Goodyear family, and adapted in the mid-twentieth century to be the all-girls Bishop McMahon High School.
